Events Happening This Weekend!

NIGHT OF ENCHANTMENT

Written as only a Mohican composer could write it, POWWOW SYMPHONY
is a powerful and enriching mix of both the orchestral tradition and indigenous life.
It was commissioned in part by the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra with the gracious
assistance of Ralph Berkowitz.

In a special program dedicated to the Land of Enchantment herself, experience the spirit
and spectacle of the Powwow Symphony - complete with Native American dancers and
the hauntingly beautiful tones of the crystal flute. The Night of Enchantment will also
be a night of excitement as the NMSO's Concerto Competition winner will be featured.
