Key to codification:
Constitutional Provisions are codified with two sets of numbers: the chapter and the related provision. For instance, C10.04. refers to the fourth provision (definition of a quorum) of chapter 10 (Congregation Meetings).
Bylaws are codified with three sets of numbers: the related chapter, the related constitutional provision, and the bylaw. For instance, C11.02.01. refers to the bylaw that outlines the duties of the officers of the congregation.
Continuing Resolutions are also codified with three sets of numbers: the related chapter, the related constitutional provision, and the continuing resolution. To differentiate from bylaws, the third set of numbers for continuing resolutions is preceded by a capital letter, followed by the two-digit year in which it was adopted. For instance, C13.09.B01 refers to the description and duties of the Evangelism Committee.
Each of the bylaws and continuing resolutions is placed with the related constitutional provision for clarity and ease of use.
